Before the exam:
Before the exam, avoid meals that are spicy, heavy, or rich (nothing that could throw off your GI system or sleep).
Get everything you need for the exam and day of ready to go, including clothes that are comfortable and layered.
Pack your bag with pencils, pens, calculator (if applicable, with extra batteries), water bottle, photo ID and an extra layer.
Get a good nights sleep!!! Put your phone down 30 minutes before you plan to sleep. You should try for at least 8 hours of sleep.
