Outside of school, I enjoy coaching volleyball, camping, and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to working with you this year!
Mrs. Lown- Hello! I am Nicole Lown, and I am honored to serve as a school counselor at Portland High School. I believe every student deserves to feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
As a school counselor, my goal is to support students academically, socially, emotionally, and personally. I work with students individually, collaborate with families and staff, and help students develop the skills they need to navigate challenges, build confidence, develop healthy relationships, and prepare for their future.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where students feel comfortable coming to me with whatever is on their mind. Whether a student is working through a difficult situation, adjusting to a change, setting goals, or simply needs someone to listen; I’m here to help.
I am passionate about building positive relationships with students and families and believe that when we work together, we can help every student discover their strengths and feel confident in who they are and who they are becoming.
My door is always open; I am excited to be part of your student’s journey!
