We load the bus back to front. Once I sit down, I will stay in that seat the entire bus ride.
The bus windows are open unless it is raining hard.
There are only about half as many students as usual
I check to make sure my mask is on correctly.
I enter through the front doors of the middle school and walk directly to my classroom.
I sit in the hallway, right outside my classroom, 6 feet apart from my peers.
I clean my hands by washing them or using hand sanitizer upon entering the classroom.
During morning announcements, I make my lunch selection online.

I have four classes. Each period is 80 minutes long.
I stay in the same classroom all day, and teachers rotate through between different periods.

My teacher reviews key takeaways from the previous distance learning days, and has us apply that learning, so that we can get direct feedback.
My teacher introduces new content and helps us apply our learning.
Our assignments and resources are all available on Google Classroom, which makes it easier to continue my learning when I am at home later in the week.
We learn together in groups and activities, but use social distancing to stay apart.
At the end of each class, my teacher makes sure we know the learning goals for the week and when we can access help. My teacher helps me set my own goals for at-home learning, and we organize our Calendar to make sure we are aware of any Google Meets and virtual mini-lessons.

We maintain at least 6 feet of social distance regardless of where we are.
I am able to take my mask off during lunch.
Dismissal will be staggered one class at a time, so that we do not mix cohorts.
Students learn and practice safety routines.
Students have identified spaces for their belongings within their cohort's classroom.
The school has signage and markings to help students follow safety procedures.
Any common areas, like the bathroom, are frequently cleaned and sanitized.
Social-emotional needs are recognized and monitored.
Mask Breaks are staggered so that only one cohort is at an outside location or in the gym at a time.
Teachers move from class to class, so that cohorts to not mix in the hallways and do not share materials.
Desks are spread to least 8 feet apart, due to the smaller class size.
I am only a part of 2 cohorts (my classroom and the bus), so that my school can easily contact trace, if someone were to get sick.

I complete my assignments and submit them to my teachers.
