TAPP
Teenage Parent Program (TAPP)
Butterfield Charter School proudly supports teen parents through the Teenage Parent Program (TAPP)—a welcoming, flexible educational option for both expectant and parenting students. The program is open to teen mothers and fathers enrolled in any of BCS’s educational pathways.
Through TAPP, students receive access to a wide range of school and community resources. The program also offers personalized case management to help families connect with the health, education, and social services they may qualify for, ensuring they stay on track academically while caring for their child.
Enrollment in TAPP begins with a referral, either from the student’s school or their family.
