Your child will be required to have these immunizations completed and provide verification to attend school. Records maybe brought/faxed ((573) 379-5817) to school by the first day of school (August 24, 2020). No student will be able to attend school without proper documentation. If you have any questions please email Nurse Heather (hpriggel@portageville.k12.mo.us) or Nurse Britney (bsipes@portageville.k12.mo.us).

ATTENTION:

The Portageville School District would like to remind parents and community members of the importance of completing the 2020 Census forms. According to 2020Census.gov, "The results of the 2020 Census will help determine how hundreds of billions of dollars in federal funding flow into communities every year for the next decade." The results of the Census impact highway planning and construction, support for grants and special education in public education, school lunch programs, housing assistance for older adults, child abuse prevention programs, rural water system grants, wildlife preservation programs, response for natural disasters, grant funding for local police and fire departments, and many other facets of our daily lives.

To find more information on how the 2020 Census results will affect our local community and to complete your Census form online, go to 2020Census.gov. Also, you may complete the 2020 Census form you received in every household and return it by mail.

Please stand up for our community and school by being counted in the 2020 Census!
