Attendance Top 5 - Utilize these 5 tools to ensure accurate attendance

1. Weekly Teacher Class Summary Attendance - currently only need to run during the 4 weeks surrounding count. Teachers must sign these reports to secure FTE for State Pupil Accounting audits.

2. Automated Email to Teachers for Unrecorded Attendance - This email is sent automatically, and reminds instructors that they have not yet taken attendance.

3. Unrecorded Attendance Report - This report lists the teachers that have not recorded attendance for the school day

4. Attendance Letters - Skyward keeps track of absences and generates a custom letter, or detailed attendance report, once a student meets an absence threshold.

5. Absence Occurrence Report - Run this report to quickly identify students who have missed a specific number of days or periods.
