Fall Conferences will be virtual conferences done through Google Meets
You will receive an email from each of your child’s teachers with a link to sign up for your conference with that teacher. DIRECTIONS
You must use a Google account to access this link and reserve an appointment slot. If you do not have your own Google account, you can use your student’s Google account.
You will receive a confirmation email with a calendar event that includes the link you will use for the conference with that teacher.
Teachers will begin to send out their invitations starting on Friday, November 3rd.

Homework Club
Homework Club will begin on Tuesday, September 27th. Homework Club offers each student at West a chance to get individual help with subjects and assignments they need assistance completing. Homework Club runs from 2:45 - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Thursday in Room 420. Students may attend all four days or pick days that work best but if you sign up your student, we expect that they will be there. If your student is in school and cannot attend on a scheduled day, you must contact the office. Parents and guardians must provide transportation.
