Carmen is Associate Director of Educational Excellence at University of Nottingham. Carmen has a proven record of accomplishment of leading positive improvements to teaching, learning and assessment. She have achieved tangible outcomes modernising educational organisations by working collaboratively, leading research, creating teams and leadingchange university-wide to improve the effectiveness of universities and student learning. Recent achievements include being shortlisted to a Times Higher Education(THE)Awards, leading an externally funded Jisc project and collaborating with ENQA.
