Your participation in this survey is voluntary and you can stop at any point before submission without your responses being included in the dataset. All response data collected will be anonymous. Please do not identify yourself or other individuals in your comments. Before you start the survey, please read this privacy statement which tells you how any personal data you submit with your response to this survey will be utilised and protected, and the rights you have in relation to it.
This survey does not ask for any names or e-mail addresses from respondents and will not ask for any other identifying information. You will be asked which department you work for, and for demographic data from a broad range. None of this data will be specific enough to identify individual participant and will only be used to analyse responses.Your survey response is confidential to the team processing the results and no reporting outside of this team will identify any individual.
After the survey has ended this data will be held securely for at least 10 years, as per the University of Portsmouth retention schedule and Research Data Management Policy.
No individual will ever be identified in any reports or publications. Any findings may be disseminated in public research papers in the UK or other academic journals. We will not store your responses outside the EU or the UK and the findings from the survey will be available in the form of a research report upon request.
