My Long Term Goal

• Would like to have a 'gap year' travelling the world in a camper van

My Medium Term Goals

• To complete the 3 year Degree Apprenticeship & achieve a first
• To build confidence in my own ability to lead and manage so that I gain promotion in the next three years
• Improve my self-efficacy in the goals that I have set myself
• To reflect on my progress towards my goals once a week.
• To embrace work-based learning by introducing the concepts I learn into the workplace
• To learn the theory that underpins management in the business world in order to understand how I can improve it
• To gain professional experience to allow me to progress my career
