EDI Mini-Fest - Awarding Gaps

Session Outline:

A first step towards decolonising education and addressing the awarding gap is to improve equity and inclusivity within our schools and departments, both in the way we interact with each other and with our students. We have taken an interdisciplinary approach, combining expertise from science, history and health, to design staff training with content tailored to individual departments. In this session, we will present our experiences with the process of delivering training on inclusive workplaces.
