One year on: Reflections on how the work-based tutor supports degree apprentices on their learning journey.

The role of the work-based tutor will be discussed, including the function progress reviews play in the degree apprentices’ development, the importance of employer engagement with the process and personal reflections on how the system supports the DAs to achieve their qualifications. This session will be presented by two work-based tutors with the experience of conducting hundreds of progress reviews and who are well placed to give first hand accounts of how their role provides an added dimension of support to all those undertaking the degree apprenticeship programme.
