This session will explore the work that UPSU has been doing on building and developing Academic Societies to improve student belonging in relation to their course. In particular, it will focus on how students build strong interpersonal relationships as a result of joining the society, and how the skills and experience gained from doing so are helping to make Portsmouth students more employable. The session will highlight some real life examples of best practice and identify partnership opportunities between Faculties and The Union for the future.
