A Multi-layered Approach to Career Management Learning in the Law School

In this session, Charlotte will share a new 'multi-layered' approach to supporting career readiness in the Law School, starting at Level 4. The new approach recognises that students increasingly take a 'just in time' approach to career management learning, that they choose different starting points for their engagement with the placement and graduate recruitment process, and that they begin with varying degrees of capital, confidence and experience. This session will explore the focus on career management learning within the curriculum, across personal tutoring activities, and as extra-curricular opportunities.
