2. Anita Somal [UPSU Insights Manager] to explain how the PGM Ambassador scheme came about, mentioning previous projects e.g. zero tolerance to racism policy.
3. Jade to discuss the awarding gap project. This seeks to reduce the awarding gap by identifying courses with a high awarding gap via the TESTA process. We have collaborated with the UoP Academic Development Team so that our PGM Ambassadors can interview fellow PGM students to uncover their experiences of their course or module, and how they think it could be improved from an EDI lense. The results of the TESTA process will be included in a formal report that the PGM Ambassadors can use to lobby UoP for further EDI improvements.
4. Sapphire Rance (Academic Representation Officer) to discuss the Pompey FC racism incident and how UPSU handled this incident, escalating conversations to the Vice Chancellor.
5. PGM Ambassadors to discuss their upcoming plans and priorities.
