Online Approaches to Supporting Engagement
with the the Employability Agenda
with the the Employability Agenda
With the increasing prominence of employability on university agendas thanks to Graduate Outcomes, LEO and soon the Start to Success metric, how can we get a better understanding and insight into our students developments over the course of their degree? Responses to student surveys is often poor, so I have been trialling Vevox polling as fun way to give student insights into how they are doing whilst also allowing us to get a better picture of how we need to help. In addition to this, I will also be talking through my experiences of using a Google site to provide employability information specific to our School, and of using Google Forms to evaluate the efficacy of embedding employability initiatives.
