There has been student demand for the live streaming of taught workshop sessions since we returned to campus. This hybrid method of delivery has many challenges. This session offers a formal opportunity to engage with a facilitated discussion about managing this type of teaching event and what best practice has been gleaned thus far.
Generally, it is acknowledged that this mode is extremely challenging to deliver, unless:
Multiple lecturers are involved
Audiovisual solutions are in place
Technical support is available.
Are you an advocate for this? Do you have any top tips?
Have you done this successfully? Are you interested in how to make it work? We’d like to hear from you as part of this session.
Session Aims
The aims of this session are to:
Troubleshoot the challenges of live streaming taught sessions
Explore the ethical issues
