Using Padlet to Faciliate Student Engagement

The aim of this session is to share my experiences and reflections on the use of Padlet to create engagement with Level 4 and Level 6 students.   I will share some practical examples to illustrate the use of Padlet, and also discuss some of the challenges and problems we have experienced along the way. 

Session Aims

The aims of this session are to:

• To convey practical examples that have a clear transferability of practice that other colleagues could adopt or adapt

• To share the set up and initial use of Padlet in Illustration and how it has been used with Level 4 and Level 6 students and for our Illustration Research group

• To deliver a practical presentation that takes colleagues through what we have produced and our experiences including some feedback from the students too

• To show examples of engagement through Padlet with L4 and L6 students
