For our first event since our Covid-19 hiatus, the Poquoson Veterans Project honored Airman Mike Ship, accompanied by his son Jadon, for his service in the U.S. Air Force. As an honorary football captain, Ship walked with the PHS football captains to perform the coin toss in the Islanders' first home game of the 2022 season against Southampton.
