Arrival-- No later than 8:15 a.m. unless otherwise notified by parent.
Dismissal- 2:45 p.m. Your child must be picked up no later than 3:00 p.m. at the Pre-k Car Line! Please notify the front office if you are running late. After 3:00 p.m., your child will be placed in CARES for pickup.
LABEL ALL PERSONAL ITEMS with your child's name!- Clothing, backpack, lunch bag, reusable utensils, ice packs, food containers etc.
FULL SIZE BACKPACK IS NEEDED!- The backpack must be large in order to hold daily items, such as folder, change of clothes, lunch items, snack, artwork, etc.
RED FOLDER- used daily for daily communication. It is important to check, unload and return each day.
Monthly Calendar- keep at home and refer to it for educational and important events information throughout the month.
School Uniform- PJPII shorts/sweats, long sleeve/t-shirt/white Velcro sneakers Dress appropriately for the weather as we try to get out everyday ( hats/gloves for cold weather).
Nap mats and Stuffy- are sent hone every week to be washed and returned.
Snack and Lunch:
9:30 am- Morning Snack-front pocket/non-refrigerated snack
11:30am-Lunch-You can purchase lunch or pack a lunch for your child (we eat in our classroom)
Hot Lunch- Please see Option C for ordering. There is a menu. You will need to have a sheet filled out and returned in your child's red binder.
Lunch Gear Recommendations:
Water Bottle -NO OPEN/WIDE MOUTH CONTAINTERS ALLOWED- Please send in a push-button, pop -up lid-lock with straw to prevent spills.
Hot & Cold containers and ice packs will be needed!- We are unable to heat or refrigerate any snacks/lunches

POTTY TRAINED:
We provide may potty breaks throughout the day and encourage the students to use the potty as frequently as possible. The expectation is that your child is potty trained and self sufficient, however we are sensitive to the fact that accidents do happen. It is important that we work as a team to ensure success both at home and at school. Please work with your child on being independent while using the potty!
Ziploc a change of clothing, in case of an accident, to keep in the backpack for the year. This should include a labeled bottom, top, underwear and socks.
In the event of a accident during nap time, please return laundered nap mat and a fresh change of clothing in a Ziploc bag with your child the following day.
