Parent Information

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We want to thank you for choosing Saints Summer Camp and we will do our best to make sure that you are pleased with the decision you have made for your family's summer care needs! 

Please note that there will not always be someone in the main office during the summer, so please call 610-384-5961 ext 5518 during the camp hours 7 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday or email summercamp@popejohnpaul2sch.org to reach the camp.  You can leave us a message or an email and we will get back to you promptly.

Schedule Changes

Switching days requires at least 24 hours notice. There will be no refunds for missed days. If your camper misses a day, you may add a day later that same week or in the next week. All schedule changes should be sent in e-mail. Schedule changes won't be feasible after week 7 due to the billing schedule and the last week of camp.

Dropoff Procedures

Campers should arrive no later than 9:00AM so we can ensure that we have everyone before we start our rotation of activities. Please contact camp if you are going to be late. 

We will meet in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) located at the back of the school building. Please pull around to the back of the building, park directly in front of the doors in the loading zone and enter through the far right MPR doors labeled F. You will need to come in each day and sign your child(ren) into the camp for the day. Please do not park in the Little Saints parking spots

Pick up Procedures

What to bring

Everything brought to camp should be labeled with names. We do not encourage toys brought into camp to prevent personal belongings from being lost or broken! There will be no electronics.  In keeping with school protocols, we will collect any electronics that come to camp upon arrival.  Electronics will be stored in a safe space and be returned at pick up.


Water Days (These will be announced ahead of time)

Please send in a bathing suit, water shoes, and a towel marked with your child(ren)'s name(s).  Please provide your own sunscreen and be sure to label the bottle.  If you send your camper to camp in their bathing suit, send in a change of clothes and sneakers for the afternoon. 


Field Trips

If your child(ren) are signed up for field trips, please be at camp by 9:00 to ensure that the bus can leave on time. Please send in a snack, packed lunch and water for your child(ren). If possible, don't send in anything that needs to be carried around the rest of the trip! All field trips will return back to camp by 3:00.

All registered campers and staff will attend field trips on field trip days. Nobody will stay behind at camp.


Communication

Please check the Summer Camp Website for weekly information and sign-up for Remind Alerts to be notified of any changes.
