Attendance

To improve communication of student absences, we are asking all families to use this form to report daily attendance by 8:30 a.m. and  ONLY when you are reporting an absence. You will be asked for the reason for the absence, anticipated return date, and homework pick-up requests. There is also space for additional information regarding the absence. 

Except for illness absences longer than three days, which still require a doctor's note for return, the submission of the form serves as an excuse note.
