Attendance 

Attendence:  

Please fill out the daily attendence form by 8:00 am each day if your child is going to be absent.  This helps to ensure the safety of your child.  Except for illnesses longer than 3 days, which still require a doctor's note for return, this form will serve as the excuse note.  

Please indicate if you would like to pick up your child's homework for the day on the form, and I will get it ready for you.
