Mrs. Scangarella

HELLO! 

My name is Clare Scangarella. This is my 21st year teaching Art in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and my seventh year at PJPII.  I am a graduate of St. Joseph’s University where I earned a degree in Fine Art.   I began my teaching career here in Chester County at Holy Family School and continued throughout the years at Assumption Academy and Ss. Colman-John Neumann School in Delaware County.   I am excited to be teaching our students in Art and I look forward to giving your children fun, exciting and creative experiences. 

I reside in Downingtown with my husband and two children and we are parishioners of Our Lady of the Rosary church.  I enjoy painting and drawing, decorating and reading but you will mostly find me on the sidelines at a soccer game or driving to ballet rehearsal.
