Independent Reading Project

Every trimester, students will read two independent reading books and then give a 5 minute presentation about the book. Presentations will be an analysis of their book through the lens of one of the following elements of literature: setting, point of view, conflict, or character. Students will be given class time every week to read and/or work on their project, but if they'd like, they can also read/work at home in addition to the time given at school.
