Practical Information
Workshop Venue
The workshop will take place at the Laboratoire Astroparticules et Cosmologie, located 10, rue Alice Domon et Léonie Duquet, 75013 Paris (Condorcet building), in the Amphithéâtre Pierre-Gilles de Gennes.
From Charles de Gaulle Airport: take RER B « Paris by train » to the station « Saint-Michel Notre-Dame », then take RER C to « Bibliothèque François Mitterrand » (get on the front of the train). Take the « south » exit (Grands Moulins). The cost of one-way ticket from CDG is around 10,00€. The travel takes around one hour.
From Orly Airport: take Orlyval to the station « Antony » of the RER B, then RER B to the station « Saint-Michel Notre-Dame », then RER C to « Bibliothèque François Mitterrand » (get on the front of the train). Take the « south » exit (Grands Moulins). The cost of this travel from Orly is 12,05€. The travel takes around one hour.
Visa application
The request for a support letter to obtain a French visa shall be made to the conference organisers by e-mail, with your CV, your home institute's name, complete postal address and your passport number, as soon as the registration is performed: vincent.vennin@apc.in2p3.fr
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place on the 19th of September (first day of the workshop) at 8pm, at the restaurant Grand Bistrot located 10 Chaussée de la Muette, 75116 Paris.
From APC walk (5 min) to the RER station Bibliothèque François Mitterand (see map below), then take the RER C line towards Pontoise and get off at Gare de Boulainvilliers station (22 min journey). From there, walk (< 5 min) to the restaurant (see second map below).
We will leave APC all together at around 6:45 pm.
