• Institute should have effective Training & Placement Cell.

• Institute should provide equal opportunity for employment to students.

• Institute should conduct career development programmes/talks to enhance placement of students.

• Institute should motivate students for participation in placement activities and get them registered for placement activities. Department should nominate student coordinators for placement activities

• Institute should maintain healthy relationship with industries for Training & Placement of students

o   Department should keep close liaison with at least two industries.

• Institute should provide the supportive infrastructural facilities for conducting tests/interview/presentation/group discussion. 

• Institute should Communicate & Co-ordinate with alumni students for students training programs/skill development and employment opportunities.
