About Mrs. Pitts
I have been a teacher for 20 years, 15 years in 5th grade and five years in a K-5 STEM Lab. This year will be my second year as your Parent Involvement Coordinator, and I am excited to see what this year holds.
On a personal note, I am married to a retired firefighter, and we have a grown son.

Philosophy of Education
My philosophy of education is that all students can learn. They learn in different ways and at different paces, and teachers should meet students' needs based on where each child is. Use of various teaching methods should appeal to all student learning styles.
