Welcome to Ms. Barrera's Class

My name is Soledad Barrera. I am orginally from Cedartown, Georgia. I graduated from Cedartown High School in 2010. After high school, I went to Georgia Highlands and recieved my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Later, I attended the University of West Georgia and recieved my Bachelore's Degree.

This is my 6th year at Eastside Elementary. I have taught second grade for the past 6 years. I will be teaching all subjects this school year: ELA, Math, Writing, Social Studies and Science. I am beyond excited to have all my sudents this school year. We are going to thrive this year!

During my spare time I enjoy going shopping, eating out, and watching movies. I have one dog whose name is Moe. I also enjoy spending time with my nieces and newphews!
