Hello! My name is Sasha Beam. I am a second grade teacher at Westside Elementary. This is my third year teaching. 

I attended Georgia Southern University where I obtained a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a reading endorsement. I also obtained my master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. 

My philosophy is the classroom is to have a growth mindset. When challenges occur, they provide learning opportunities. Challenges allow out-of-the-box ideas to rise to the surface.
