I am so excited to be the ESOL teacher again this year! As my first language isn't spoken English, this is something I hope I can connect with my students on.  This is my 14th year as a teacher and 4th at CMS. I have a Master's in Special Education as well as certificates in ESOL, Deaf Education, and Science! I am excited to continue developing my student's confidence levels in the area of English so they are more productive in all their classes.

I have a wonderful husband, who is a nurse, and we have a young son who is in the 1st Grade here in Polk County as well. Family is important and I hope to build that with my students here!
