About Me

Degrees and Certifications:

I have a Bachelor's degree from Mercer University as well as a Master's degree from Piedmont College in Middle Grades Education. I also a Specialist's degree from Piedmont College in Curriculum and Instruction. I love learning, so there is a good chance I will continue my education in the future!

My name is Jodi Chandler. This is my 17th year teaching. I'm from Paulding County, but I love teaching at RMS!!!

I have taught Language Arts the majority of my career, but I have also taught Science, Reading and Family Consumer Science.

I am married and I have 2 children.

I believe that all students can learn. It may not be at the same pace as everyone else or it may look a little different, but all students have the ability to learn. My hopes are, that as you come into my class is that you get excited about learning and we can have fun and enjoy it! I want everyone to feel welcomed and safe! I think that if we work as a team or a family that we can achieve greatness!!!
