About Me

Hi! I am Janelle Butler. I am beginning my eighth year teaching at Westside, with a total of 18 years teaching experience.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree from The University of West Georgia, along with my Master's Degree in Reading Education.

I believe that all students have the ability to learn, and that my role as a teacher is to help them realize their potential by providing the best educational opportunities. I strive to help my students feel safe, secure, and valued.
