Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year. I have been in education for 21 years. All of my experience has been in elementary school, but I'm super excited to teach middle school this year!

Rockmart has been my home for the past twenty-one years. I am married to my high school sweetheart (David), and have two children (Ava-15 yrs. old and Lucas- 13 yrs. old). I graduated from Mercer University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. I also have my Master's Degree from American College of Education in Elementary Education with a focus in Literacy.

All students are capable of learning and being successful. It is important for teachers to understand their students and their capabilities. When we all work together, anything is possible for achieving student success.
