Arrival

Preschool and Elementary Age Dancers

Arrive 30 minutes before show time.
Come dressed in costume, tights, hair in bun, head piece attached, and make up on.
Bring dance bag with dance shoes, extra tights, extra hair supplies, and water bottle.
Check in at table located by dressing rooms, then drop off dancer with backstage class parent volunteers.

Junior High and High School Age Dancers

Arrive 30 minutes before show time dressed in costume, tights, hair in bun, head piece attached, and make up on.
Ballet Int/Adv and Jazz Int/Adv dancers arrive at 12:30 (1:30 show participants) or 4:00 (5:00 show participants) for a 25 minute warm up class on stage dressed in show tights and tan leotard (suggested) or any leotard UNDER cover up (sweatpants, legging, shorts, sweatshirt, t-shirt) with Ballet or Jazz shoes. Hair in bun and stage make up on!
Bring dance bag with dance shoes, extra tights, extra hair supplies, make up bag, personal items, and water bottle.
Check in at table located by dressing rooms, then drop off dancer with backstage class parent volunteers.

Dismissal

Preschool Ages

Dismissal happens at Intermission for the 1:30 show and at The End of the show for the 5:00 show.
Bring Pick Up Number (given to you at check in) to check out table outside dressing room.
Only one FEMALE member of your party may go inside the dressing room to pick up your dancer.
Students dismissed during Intermission for the 1:30 Show may watch Act 2 from audience while sitting either on the lap of an adult or in a purchased seat.

Elementary, Junior High and High School Ages

Dismissal happens at the end of the show (OR at Intermission during 1:30 Show for Ballet K-1st classes).
Check out your dancer at the check out table outside backstage hallway.
Only one FEMALE member of your party may go inside the dressing room to pick up your dancer.
