A: In assessing Values Education, the cognitive outcomes and social domains are important elements. It would also help to have a scale in which to base ratings. Successful assessment almost always begin with having interested parties to help design assessment tools and set parameters.
A: The new normal brought drastic changes not only on instruction but also on assessment. From the traditional face to face, pencil and paper type of test, the norm today has become remote and self paces especially the formative assessments. Summative assessments like periodic tests were replaced by more performance tasks and written works and submitted periodically for printed modular modality and as scheduled via online platforms for online modality. Hence, grading outputs became more challenging because teachers cannot be too sure as who who really made those outputs especially those submitted by learners from lower key stages. Hence, teachers became more creative in validating learners' achievements/accomplishments during this new normal situation.
