As the Digital Assets Practice Leader, Glenn is responsible for delivering risk advisory, brokerage services and thought leadership to businesses in the rapidly growing crypto sector. In addition to being supporting brokerage teams in the management of insurance placements, he oversees Aon’s digital asset strategy and business development efforts for the industry. In this role he is responsible for coordinating Aon’s efforts through various divisions and partners both domestically and globally, to deliver comprehensive risk solutions to clients that face a challenging insurance environment. During his time and Aon, he helped establish and served on the advisory board Aon’s Growth Ventures’ (AGV) Web3 Growth accelerator, which carried out strategic initiatives to address unsolved risk issues for the industry. Through this engagement he helped guide various initiatives through the innovation process from ideation through proof of concept, and ultimately lead the graduation of the web3 strategy from innovation back into core business strategies. He helped the innovation center formally establish Aon’s Web3 Growth Accelerator and now sits as an advisor to its board.
Prior to joining Aon in 2021, Glenn started and lead the digital assets practice for Alliant Insurance’s Financial Institutions Group. In addition to working with crypto native companies, he also worked with a full array of traditional financial institutions to provide executive risk solutions. Before joining Alliant in 2018, he worked in Marsh’s private equity and mergers & acquisitions division providing executive and transactional risk solutions to private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and supported the formation of their digital asset strategy.
With over 20 years of professional experience in Japan, Jonathan is a bilingual venture capitalist and advisor. Currently, he is a startup mentor at such accelerator programs as Plug and Play, 500 Global, and Alchemist Accelerator. Prior to that, he spent seven years in venture capital at SBI Holdings/SBI Investment and Primal Capital Management Ltd. in the Fintech, blockchain, and Web3 sectors, from deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and portfolio management. Jonathan is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley and Henley Business School’s MBA Program.

Talha Khan is a Venture Scout at IBM Ventures where he focuses on early and late stage Enterprise AI across Apps, AI Infrastructure, and Data Infrastructure. Talha is also a Product Manager at IBM Cloud where he leads IBM Cloud Ecosystem, IBM Cloud Marketplace, and Digital Assets. Before his role at IBM, Mr. Khan was an AI/ML Researcher at NASA where he created production grade AI models that watch the world for Dust Storm's using Satellite imagery. Lisa Rubin is an attorney in the Fintech and Payments practice at Paul Hastings, specializing in digital asset and blockchain related matters. Lisa represents and advises financial technology companies, with an emphasis on navigating the regulatory complexity presented by cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Her clients include major digital asset trading platforms, investment firms, digital asset project teams and developers. Lisa also has prior experience managing state and federal litigation from inception through trial.
Abradat Kamalpour has extensive experience in fintech, blockchain structured finance, and debt capital markets. Chris Matta is a Strategic Advisor for 3iQ Digital Asset Management, a Monex Group company. He was previously the Chief Strategy Officer and President (US) at 3iQ where he led the launch of innovative products such as the world's first Ether Staking ETF. An early entrepreneur in digital asset investing, Chris previously was the co-founder of Crescent Crypto Asset Management, a digital asset investment firm that created one of the industry's first investible suite of crypto index solutions.
