PMMS Google Workspace Student User Account Guidelines
Purpose
These guidelines outline the procedures, responsibilities, and usage guidelines for the issuance, management, and termination of Google Workspace institutional email accounts for students of the Philippine Merchant Marine School, Inc. (PMMS).
Overview
PMMS provides each student with an official Google Workspace institutional user account to support academic communication, collaboration, and secure access to school resources. These accounts are intended solely for academic and school-related use.
Account Usage Guidelines
PMMS Google Workspace accounts may only be used for academic and school-related activities.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials at all times.
Do not share your account credentials with others.
Immediately report suspicious activity or issues to the Help Desk Admin.
Students are accountable for the appropriate handling and security of any school-related data accessed or stored through their accounts.
