An active student at the partner university of PMI Tbilisi, Georgia Chapter, who is at least in their second year, has excellent communication and leadership skills, is interested in project management and is willing to volunteer for the project throughout the academic year, can become an ambassador. Â
The selection of the ambassador is carried out by the partner university. Candidates fill out the application, go through an initial selection stage and an interview with university representatives. The successful candidate will be officially announced as an ambassador and undergo basic training with the PMI Tbilisi, Georgia Chapter.Â
The ambassador organizes events/meetings at the university, spreads information about the Chapter, participates in social media campaigns, collaborates with the PMI Tbilisi, Georgia Chapter team, and ensures active student engagement. They're responsible for communication, reporting and sharing results with the PMI Chapter.Â
The pilot phase of the project will be implemented during the 2025-2026 acadeic year, and the ambassador status will be valid for one year - for the entire academic year.Â
The ambassador is responsible for organizing 8 events/meetings per academic year at the respective university. Each event/meeting includes a presentation and information sharing about PMI Tbilisi, Georgia Chapter, its fields and projects.Â
The position of the Chapter Ambassador is a volunteer activity, however, the practical experience gained and hard work done by the ambassador will be confirmed by the Chapter, which is going to contribute to their career development.Â
PMI Tbilisi, Georgia Chapter provides:Â
Training and mentoring from the professionals in terms of the project;Â
Branded resources (hoodie, t-shirt, tote bag, flyers);Â
Marketing support and information sharing on the official websites;Â
Proof of volunteering with a relevant portfolio and an official certificate upon completion of the project.Â
