At PM² Studio, every project begins with a story, an idea or sometimes just a feeling you’re trying to bring to life. You don’t need to arrive with everything perfectly planned. My job is to help you organize your vision, identify what your project needs and transform those ideas into polished visuals you can confidently share.
My work ranges from clean, minimal branding to more detailed and unconventional creative designs. Even though I love showing off my complex work, simpler designs receive the same amount of care, intention and attention to detail.
You can choose an established service as your starting point or request a custom combination created around your project.
Branding is more than choosing a pretty font or adding your business name to an image. It’s about creating a visual identity that reflects your story, communicates your personality and helps the right people recognize your business.

Primary and secondary logo variations
Submarks and brand marks

The final package and investment will depend on the number of concepts, variations, deliverables and revisions your project requires.
These services are for businesses and creators who already have something to say but need help presenting it in a polished and consistent way.

Promotional flyers
Platform headers and banners

Google Sites does not include a native shopping cart or automatic digital-product delivery system. I can create and organize your storefront pages, product displays and purchase buttons, then connect them to an external selling platform such as Etsy. This allows customers to explore your products through your branded website while completing payment and receiving their files through a secure sales platform.
I also work with authors, storytellers and independent creators who need visuals that reflect the atmosphere of their work.
Creative services may include:
Digital book covers

Final pricing depends on the artwork, formatting, number of characters, requested revisions, licensing needs and whether the design will be used digitally, in print or both.
Not every project fits neatly into one category—and honestly, those are often some of my favorites.

Because these projects can vary greatly in size and complexity, they’re quoted individually after I review the idea, intended use and requested deliverables.
My background in graphic design, cybersecurity and IT support allows me to help clients with both the creative and practical sides of their digital presence.

Guidance for displaying products and services online
Creative technology support is available at $40 per hour or may be included within a custom project package.
Your exact deliverables will be listed in your personalized proposal before the project begins. Depending on the service selected, your final delivery may include:
High-resolution files
Web-ready files
Transparent PNG files
Print-ready files
Approved logo variations
Color and typography information
Social-media sizing
Presentation mockups
Editable files, when included or purchased
Basic instructions for using your completed designs
Editable or working files are not automatically included with every service. When available, editable files begin at $50 and will be clearly listed in your proposal.
Your final files will be organized and delivered according to the approved project scope. If you need a particular file type, platform size or printing specification, please mention it during the inquiry process so it can be included in your quote.
Begin by completing the PM² Studio inquiry form. You’ll be asked what you’re creating, where the design will be used, your preferred completion date and any ideas or references you already have.
You don’t need to know every design term or arrive with a finished concept. Share what you know, and I’ll help you identify the best starting point.
I’ll review your information to make sure the project fits my services, schedule and creative scope. If additional details are needed, I may recommend a discovery conversation before preparing your project documents.
You’ll receive a proposal outlining the recommended service, project scope, included deliverables, estimated timeline and total investment.
This gives both of us a clear understanding of what is being created before design work begins.
Your Hello Bonsai client portal will serve as the organized home for your project. Depending on your service, you may use the portal to:
Review your proposal
Sign your contract
Receive and pay invoices
Complete project forms
Access project updates
Follow your current task stage
Review important project information
Once the required onboarding steps and project materials are complete, I’ll begin developing your design based on the approved direction.
Thoughtful design takes time. Whether your project is simple, expressive or highly detailed, it will receive the same level of care and intention.
You’ll have an opportunity to review the presented design and provide clear, combined feedback. The number of included revisions will be listed in your proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the approved scope are currently $35 each. A completely new direction or additional logo concept may require an added fee beginning at $75.
After the design is approved and all project requirements are complete, your final files will be prepared and delivered in the formats listed in your proposal.
The prices shown on this website are starting points—not one-size-fits-all totals.
Two clients may request the same general type of service while needing very different levels of research, detail, formatting, revisions or final files. Your personalized quote considers:
Project complexity
Number of concepts
Number of final designs
Required sizes and formats
Digital or print usage
Illustration requirements
Editable-file requests
Requested turnaround time
Additional platform setup
Third-party tools or services
You’ll receive the complete project investment before agreeing to begin. If your needs change after the scope has been approved, I’ll explain any additional cost before completing work outside of the original agreement.
Rush service may be available for an additional 30%, depending on my schedule and the size of the project.
A starting price represents the minimum investment for a standard version of that service. More complex requests, additional concepts, expanded deliverables or advanced functionality may increase the final quote.
Revisions are adjustments to an existing design direction. A request to create a completely different concept may be considered an additional concept rather than a standard revision.
Your estimated timeline begins after all required forms, content, approvals and project materials have been received. Delayed feedback or missing information may affect the completion date.
Domain registration, website hosting, printing, stock assets, premium fonts, selling-platform fees and other paid third-party services are not included unless specifically listed in your proposal.
If you don’t see your exact idea listed, you’re still welcome to ask. PM² Studio creates across branding, digital spaces, author visuals, illustration, and creative technology. If the project fits my skills and availability, I’ll prepare a custom scope around it.
Your idea doesn’t have to be perfectly organized before you reach out. Please tell me what you’re creating, where it will be used, and when you’d like it completed. I’ll help you choose the best-fit service or prepare a custom package around your vision.
Design that feels like your story—created with moonlight and intention.
