Ensure that you complete the weekly compulsory SPARX homework (deadline Wednesday 6pm). To give your Maths a boost, also complete the XP Boost and Target homework on SPARX.
Complete past papers to get used to the exam style questions (see the past papers page) - check the grade boundaries.
Practise writing down all your 'thinking'. Workings are critical to gaining all the exam marks - the examiner looks for process as well as a correct response.
Use SPARX, MathWatch and GCSEPod outside of the classroom - it is no coincidence that students who make strong progress in Mathematics frequently do 'the extra mile'.
Practise questions 'little and often' - you can't learn it all by cramming in a couple of long days. Maths is like building blocks you must develop over a long time.
Use past papers and tests to identify your strengths and areas to improve.
Watch the answer videos walking you through the paper (see the past papers page).
Spend revision time on the topics you are not good at, seeking help with these areas from teachers or the online resources that you have available to you.
Keep a record of the papers you have attempted.
Learn your formulae; check which given and which aren't (see formula aids below).
