ILEARN is replacing ISTEP+ in Indiana starting in the 2018-19 school year. One of the biggest changes in the new test is the computer adaptive functionality of ILEARN. Students will receive challenge leveled questions that are adjusted and based upon the student's responses and demonstrated skill-level during the assessment.
- ILEARN assesses the Indiana Academic Standards for the following:
- English/Language Arts (Grades 3-8)
- Mathematics (Grades 3-8)
- Science (Grades 4, 6, and High School)
- Social Studies (Grade 5)
- The 2018-19 Testing Window is April 22, 2019 - May 17, 2019
