"Details: Starting Monday 6th JanuaryMajor sewer works will close part of St.Ives Road in Carbis Bay for five weeks.Services A17, T2 and 239 will be affected.For the duration of the closure, most Service A17 from Penzance and all Service T2 from Hayle will terminate at the St.Erth Station Multimodal Hub.A connecting shuttle service (using smaller buses) will operate between The St.Erth Hub and St.Ives Malakoff via Lelant, Longstone Cross and Carbis Bay using a local diversion around the closure.The shuttle service from The Malakoff to St.Erth Hub will operate up to 10 minutes earlier than the current service to allow time for the diversion.Evening and Sunday A17 will operate ‘through’ services with no need to change at St Erth Hub.The stops at Boskerris Road (St.Margarets) and Valley Road are within the closure and will not be served for the duration.Temporary stops will be opposite Richmond Way (to St.Ives) and opposite 'Marshalls' near Count House Lane (from St Ives).The Truro College service 239, which normally starts at The Malakoff, will start from Carbis Bay Tesco (slip road bus stop) at 0745 then operate back through St.Ives to the St.Erth Hub (0814).The 239 from Castle Gate (0730) will operate to the Malakoff (0753) then turn and follow a diversion back to the St Erth Hub (0814).Students in Carbis Bay and Lelant should catch the shuttle bus to connect at the St.Erth Hub or make their way to Carbis Bay Tesco (slip road bus stop).239 Traveline timetable & Maps"
