Pickerington North High School - Panther Baseball Mission Statement

The Pickerington North High School Baseball Team is committed to providing a positive and supportive environment for student-athletes to develop their skills and love of the game of baseball. We believe that baseball is more than just a sport; it is a way of life that teaches teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Our team upholds the following values:

• Teamwork: We believe that teamwork is essential for success in baseball and in life. We encourage our players to work together, support each other, and celebrate each other's successes.

• Discipline: We believe that discipline is important for both individual and team success. We expect our players to be on time, prepared, and respectful of their coaches, teammates, and opponents.

• Sportsmanship: We believe that sportsmanship is essential for the game of baseball. We expect our players to play fair, respect the umpires, and show good sportsmanship to their opponents, even in defeat.

Our team is committed to:

• Excelling in Academics. We believe that academic success is essential for our student-athletes, and we will provide them with the support they need to succeed in the classroom.

• Developing Strong Character. We believe that baseball is a great way to teach our student-athletes the importance of character traits such as teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship

• Competing for Championships. We are committed to competing for championships, but we also believe that the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the game.
