Other suggestions: 

• Set up your camera so you can stand up when you speak. 

• You may want to cuss and yell. We'll cheer you on! Being in a private space where you feel free to say the thing is nice. 

• I light a candle at the beginning of ritual. You might want to have a candle to light, too. 

• Plan for 90 min. Leaving early may leave you feeling more teased than satisfied.
