Somatic Shamanism (aka Body Magic) sessions are in person and in private. We need to have a conversation before we schedule one, because I want to make sure you know what you're signing up for.
These sessions do not soothe or harmonize.
This is about breaking the patterns and rewriting the script in big, necessary ways.
This is about disruption.
This is about finding a new way to live in your body, in your mind, and in the world.

I want to be with you in a moment of naked vulnerability when the walls have vanished and the sheer breadth of potential and possibility terrifies you.
