Hello and welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! I'm excited to greet all our returning families and to meet all the new Panthers this year!
Pleasanton Middle School is an amazing place to learn, grow, and get connected! I have been teaching physical education for over 33 years now, 27 of which have been right here as a panther. Prior, I taught at several schools out of state. I graduated from Western Oregon University with a Bachelors of Science in Secondary Education and Interdisciplinary Studies. I majored in Physical Education and Health Science. In addition to teaching PE, I have taught Health Science, Earth Science, Math, Family and Consumer Studies, and Music! I've had the priveledge of coaching at both the Middle and High school levels.
I'm passionate about youth sports and staying active for life! Growing up I played softball and volleyball and found the life lessons and camaraderie to be invaluable! Those are some of my best memories today!
As an active mom I enjoy pickleball, golf, weight training, and anything outdoors that I can do with my daughter!
I'm looking forward to another great year and getting to know all of you!
