We need your help!

Lydiksen will have Disco Bingo in the multi-purpose room on Wednesday, August 30th.

The 5th-grade team would like to do some fundraising for Science Camp by selling water and snacks at Disco Bingo. We are looking for parents to volunteer at our concession stand. Please use the Signup Genius link if you are interested in helping out:

Science Camp

Science Camp contributions are due on September 8th. The fair share contribution is $432 per student and can be paid on Future Fund, or you can send a check to Lydiksen PFC. Some companies may do an educational match program for school donations. Please check to see if your employer will do this. Lydiksen will attend Science Camp from Monday, May 13 - Thursday, May 16. Book Orders due 9/13

Book orders can be placed online at https://orders.scholastic.com/GTDPZ.  Place an order of $25 or more, and you can pick a FREE $5 book (use code READS at checkout).

Schedule

Students will be dismissed at 2 pm  Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays through Friday, Aug. 18. Wednesday schedules stay the same.  After August 18,  we resume our regular Bell Schedule.

Students are taking the MAP reading and math assessments Tuesday and Wednesday this week. These assessments help me to know what students' academic needs are. You can find additional information about the MAP Assessment on the district website.
