In 1925, a graphic design legend was born. Brookline in Massachusetts should be indubitably proud of Muriel Cooper, a notable MIT teacher and book cover designer who died in 1994. Muriel would've been 100 years right now, so we celebrate and honor her and her beautiful work. Some of her book covers she worked on include The Bauhaus (1969) and the graphically awesome Learning from Las Vegas (1972).

These days, it gets a little hard to understand some designs. Whether it be the elements used, or the idea just is not clear enough, you will need the 3 C's. Clarity, Consistency, and Concept are 3 things that can just never be absent. After reading this article, you'll understand why.
First up is Clarity: Make sure you're design isn't too cluttered and full of elements that aren't necessary to portray the main message of your designs. Keep it clean when possible.
Secondly is Consistency: Try to keep a certain theme, or design rhythm going in all your designs to build trust and gain popularity/fame for it as well (if you are looking to expand brand-wise).
Lastly we have Concept: The same way you try to make people understand you when talking, it is imperative to make sure you're main message is effectively passed through to the audience without you having to explain it.
After reading this article, we hope you remember to incorporate the three c's in your designs!

In the 1970s, a graphic design trend arose. It involved wavy features, groovy typography, warm color palettes and funky design elements. Well recently, people have taken this trend and given it a comeback! You'll see 70s design features and styles all over the globe.
