Elementary Report Cards
Elementary Report Cards will be available for parents and guardians to review in the Parent Portal of Illuminate on June 2, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. Parents who have created an account in Illuminate will be able to log in with their email address and password that they have created or retrieve their password if they have forgotten. Information about setting up an account in Illuminate can be found at this link.
Children enrolled in summer school will be assigned a chromebook through the summer school program - all chromebooks currently checked out to students must be returned for inventory and updating!
Times are divided into groups to help keep waiting to a minimum; if you are unable to come at the assigned time, please come at one of the other times.

Donlon 2020-2021 Yearbook
It has been reported by a handful of families that their yearbook pages are becoming unbound. We have reported this issue to TreeRing, our yearbook vendor, and they have agreed to replace ALL yearbooks purchased ON OR BEFORE April 27, 2021 for free.
If you purchased a yearbook AFTER April 27th, and are encountering the same issue, please contact TreeRing's customer support team directly by phone 877-755-TREE(8733) or email support@treering.com
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The yearbooks were scheduled to be delivered by Wednesday, May 26th, to our campus. We will distribute these yearbooks as soon as possible.

Middle School Band Camp
Hello Everyone! We are having a middle school band camp for Pleasanton incoming 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. The camp will be at Hart Middle School, but it is open for any middle school student in Pleasanton. For incoming 7th and 8th graders the dates are July 26-29 from 9:00-1:00. For incoming 6th graders the dates are August 2-5 from 9:00-1:00. The registration link is on this attached flier. You may also follow this link for registration:

We really appreciate everyone doing their part to fulfill the health and safety requirements for entering PUSD campuses this past school year.
The daily health screener emails for PUSD staff and students enrolled for the 2021-22 school year will continue to be delivered on weekdays throughout the summer. While we recognize that this may be an inconvenience for some, it is important for us to remain vigilant and maintain a safe environment on our campuses. Due to the many camps and learning opportunities being offered, we will have quite a few staff members and students on our campuses during the summer. Graduating seniors will receive the health screener emails only through Friday, June 4th.
Thank you, staff and parents/guardians, for taking time to fill out the daily health screener on days that you or your student will be on a PUSD campus for any length of time.
